Ferrell Residences is situated at the prime District 10 area and its estimated completion will be in 2013 with 34 units and 24 storeys. Its distinctive wavelike curvilinear structure was conceptualised by Architects 61 and multi-disciplinary design firm Tierra Design. With a strong emphasis on lifestyle amenities, Ferrell Residences promises a breathtaking view of the city’s skyline, upon completion.
